Trans*Enough means that you are enough, as you are, right now. It means that however you identify is right for you, and that you don’t need surgeries or hormones or outside approval to make it so.
What’s In A Name?
There’s a push in this world to make things fit into neat little boxes: male or female, black or white, right or left. None of us fits perfectly into our labels, none of us lives entirely inside boxes. Trans*Enough is an affirmation of all trans*, genderqueer, and gender independent (TGQGI) people and their expression(s) of gender.
Trans*Enough celebrates individuals who identify as transgender, genderqueer, and gender non-conforming. We work to engender mutual respect between many diverse communities and allies, and towards the creation of an environment where every person may live their life with the dignity that is their due. Trans*Enough seeks to provide and maintain safe space for individuals to explore and dialogue about their experiences, offering interactive space where individuals can freely express themselves. Trans*Enough also partners with individuals and organizations to strengthen our community in an effort to enable all people access to those tools which help them attain their personal goals and come into themselves.
Who We Are
Founder & Executive Director
Del doesn’t believe in free time. When he’s not working on the Trans*Enough website, Facebook or Twitter, he’s out snapping photos of anything that catches his eye, writing for his own sanity, or working towards his PsyD in clinical psychology allowing him to fulfill a life-long desire to hold a sacred, safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to look inward for the answers that are already within.
